Submit Manuscript | http://medcraveonline.com Over the last few decades, the world has been on an inexorable trend of rising belt sizes and decreased physical activity. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia exemplifies this trend; it has one of the fastest-growing obesity rates in the world, according to a report published this year [1]. The report also claims that 70-75% of Saudi adults are overweight, and around a third are obese.
